Welcome to the Newsletter Download page. Downloading your electronic edition

are the instructions:

link below and choose "Save Target As" to download the newsletter
file to your computer. We recommend that you download the file to your
desktop for easiest recovery.

Once the download is complete, you can either open it immediately or open it
later.

open it later, locate the file icon on your desktop and double click it.
