The EurAsia Training Team is headquartered at our Stockholm, Sweden training
facility. There the team develops and implements training tools, programs,
and certification for Eurasian countries.

Lisa West Åkerblom
ITC EurAsia Manager
Lisa West Åkerblom holds a B.Sc.
degree in electrical engineering and computer science. She worked for
Pacific Telesis and Intel before joining FLIR Systems in 1992. Lisa spent
her first 6 years as an applications engineer, and traveled extensively in
support of customers. She leads ITC EurAsia with real world experience in
technology, products and applications. She has published numerous articles
and is an active member of the infrared community, both as a speaker and
committee member. |

Hans Hallin
Thermography Products and Applications Manager,
Level II Thermographer
Mr. Hallin graduated from the
Technical High School of of Stockholm in Electronics and Telecommunication.
He worked for BOFORS in the design of A/D hardware and software for air
fighter systems and ground/vehicle based fire control systems before joining
AGEMA in 1984. Hans designed the electronics for the highly successful 470
system. In addition to running the international ITC, Hans manages the
applications laboratory, teaches software, and provides technical support
for the FLIR sales force and customers. |

Mikael Cronholm
ITC Licensed Instructor
ITC Level III
After studying electrical
engineering, Mr Cronholm received two B. Sc. dregrees in economics and
business administration at universities in Uppsala, Sweden and Texas, USA.
He worked for ABB and Xerox before joining AGEMA as product manager for
condition monitoring products. Since 1992 he has consulted in thermography
and training. Mikael is an active member of many thermography associations,
and has been working strategically with issues like certification and
standards to achieve increased awareness for IR technology. |

Dr. Bernd Schönbach
ITC Licensed Instructor
ASNT NDT Level III TIR
Dr. Schönbach has a M.Sc. degree
in Physics and Ph.D. in Applied Physics. He joined Agema in 1992 as
technical support and now has responsibility for the itc facility in
Germany. Dr. Schönbach offers a full course schedule including Level I,
Level II and Application Seminars, as well as instructing at the University
of Kaiserslautern and Rostock in the European NDT norm, EN 473. He is one of
the few individuals certified ASNT Level III outside of America. |

Dr. Raphaël Danjoux
ITC France Technical Training and Support
Raphaël has worked with
thermography since 1983, first as a doctoral student, then in companies
designing and fabricating special machines and control equipment. He
received his PhD in sciences in 1988 submitting a thesis titled "Pulsed
photothermal radiometry applied to the nondestructive testing of materials".
Raphaël joined FLIR Systems in 1998 as the Automation representative for
France and started with training and technical support in May 1999 after the
merger with Inframetrics. |

Roberto Rinaldi
ITC Italy Technical Training and Support
ITC Level III
Roberto joined FLIR Systems in
1987 as a service engineer in Italy. He attended several training courses at
FLIR Stockholm on how to repair and maintain IR equipment, and therefore has
had the opportunity to follow IR technology and instrument evolution of the
past several years. A few years later, he began to commission new equipment
at customer sites and collected field experience on many IR applications.
Roberto started providing technical support to both customers and sales
personnel in 1994. Today, Roberto performs Level I training to the Italian
market after joining ITC in 2000. |

Maude Annerhög
ITC Coordinator
ITC Level I
Ms. Annerhög studied marketing
and communication, and later Law at Stockholm University. She has worked for
AGEMA since 1986, first creating marketing materials, and then working in
product marketing with responsibility for technical documentation and
manuals. Maude manages our international ITC business, coordinates all
training activities and materials, and is the primary contact for our
customers. |
